Remarks:

Rigid Couplings: High rigidity (Shanghai-style, Dalian-style, Sleeve-type).
Flexible Couplings: High torque rigidity, capable of absorbing significant installation errors (Plum Blossom Elastic Coupling, Elastic Sleeve Pin Coupling, Elastic Pin Coupling).
Universal Joints: Available in standard and precision types, with the latter featuring either plain bearing or needle roller bearing structures (Cross Slider Universal Joint, Ball铰式 Universal Joint).

PURPOSE

Brake disc couplings are couplings with integrated braking functions. They are mainly used in transmission systems that require rapid braking, precise positioning or safe braking. The core feature is the integrated design of the coupling and the brake disc, which can achieve efficient braking while transmitting torque. They are suitable for machine tools, automation equipment, lifting machinery, servo drives and other occasions.
