PERFORMANCE

The performance of the coupling directly affects the safety and efficiency of the crane's operation. Strict alignment is required during installation to avoid additional stress; regular inspection of lubrication status (such as gear couplings) and wear of elastic elements, and timely replacement of damaged parts. Good maintenance can extend the life of the coupling, reduce the risk of equipment failure, and ensure the stability of lifting operations.

PURPOSE

Common couplings used in cranes include gear couplings, elastic couplings and universal couplings. Gear couplings have strong load-bearing capacity and are suitable for heavy loads; elastic couplings use rubber or spring elements to buffer vibrations and are suitable for high-precision transmission; universal couplings are used in situations where the axis has a large deflection angle. Each type is selected according to the working conditions and load characteristics of the crane.
