PERFORMANCE
The clamp is a special lifting device used for picking up coils, which is composed of lifting lug, clamping arm, electrical control system, etc. Combined with the perfect electrical control system and intelligent detection function, the work efficiency of steel mill lying coil handling, warehouse stacking, automobile and train loading and unloading is greatly improved.
Electric Drive: Power is provided by a built-in motor and reducer. Upon receiving commands from the control system, the motor activates and, through a gear or screw mechanism, converts rotary motion into linear opening and closing movement of the clamp arm.
Hydraulic Drive: Power is provided by an external or internal hydraulic pump station. The hydraulic oil, generated by the pump station, generates high pressure, pushing the piston rod of the cylinder, thereby driving the clamp arm to open and close.
Application
Coil lifting clamps are specialized lifting equipment designed for the safe and efficient horizontal handling of various coiled materials, including steel coils, paper coils, and aluminum coils. Applications include the transfer and loading of cold-rolled and hot-rolled steel coils in the steel industry, the production and logistics of copper and aluminum coils in the nonferrous metals industry, the lifting of large paper rolls in the paper industry, the loading and unloading of coils in ports, railway freight yards, and warehouses in the logistics and warehousing industry, and the manufacturing industry, including factories that use coils as raw materials in the automotive, home appliance, and packaging industries.
