PERFORMANCE

1. The use of CNC lathe processing results in a higher finish of the rope groove, extending the service life of the steel rope and minimising the offset when placing heavy loads.

2. The maximum diameter of the drum can reach 3 meters, made of Q355 material with uniform wall thickness and strong load-bearing capacity. The welds between the flange and the drum undergo ultrasonic testing to avoid welding defects, and are stress-relieved through tempering treatment, ensuring reliable quality.

PURPOSE

Purui can provide all kinds of crane hook blocks, including light hooks (0.5t-20t), heavy hooks (20t-500t), forged hooks, laminating hooks, and specialized hook sets for special conditions.
