The crane reducer is the core transmission component in the lifting machinery. It is mainly used to reduce the speed of the motor and increase the output torque, so as to drive the lifting, running and slewing mechanism to run smoothly. Reducers are usually composed of housings, gears, bearings and sealing devices, and achieve deceleration and torque increase through multi-stage gear meshing. The high-speed rotation of the motor is transmitted to the reducer through the input shaft. After the gear pair is gradually reduced, the required low-speed and high-torque power is output by the output shaft. To ensure reliability, the reducer needs to have a good lubrication system and use high-strength materials to withstand heavy loads and impacts.
