Hard tooth surface technology
The gear is made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel carburized and quenched (hardness 58-62 HRC) + precision grinding (ISO level 6 accuracy), and the fatigue resistance is increased by 40%.
Modular design
Supports parallel axis and planetary stage combinations, adaptable to various lifting/running/rotating mechanisms.
Long maintenance-free period
Standard labyrinth seal + double lip oil seal, IP55 protection, maintenance interval ≥8,000 hours.
Good speed regulation performance
Multi-stage reduction ratio: Through multi-stage gear combination (such as three-stage reduction), a wide range of speed ratios (common 5~200) can be achieved to meet the needs of different working conditions such as crane lifting and walking.
Matching with motor: It can be matched with variable frequency motor or hydraulic motor to achieve stepless speed regulation and adapt to precise lifting.
