The three-in-one reducer is an integrated transmission device that integrates a reducer, motor, and brake. It has the characteristic of parallel output with the motor shaft and is mainly used in industrial scenarios such as gantry cranes, roller conveyor lines, and lifting mechanisms. Its core function is to reduce speed and increase torque. It transmits the motor power to the output shaft through gear transmission and uses the tail electromagnetic brake to achieve precise braking.
This gearbox utilizes high-quality alloy steel gears and shafts, carburized, quenched, and ground for enhanced hardness and precision. The housing features an integrated design with dual bearings and a cushion sleeve for enhanced input shaft stability. It supports a variety of output configurations, including hollow spline and parallel key shafts, and offers mounting options including torque support holes, base mounts, and flange mounts. Standard reduction ratios range from 4 to 200, with customization available to meet the compact transmission requirements of various industrial equipment.
Purpose:
