Three-point support structure allows for both horizontal and vertical installation:
QJ series reducers are classified into R(B) type—two-stage, S(C) type—three-stage, and RS(D) type—two-stage installation dimensions with three-stage speed ratio (two-stage shaft-mounted type).

Base-mounted structure QJ-D series reducers include:
QJR-D (QJB-D) type as two-stage, and QJS-D (QJC-D) type as three-stage.
QJRS-D (QJD-D) type features two-stage installation dimensions with a three-stage speed ratio.

Gears and gear shafts are made of high-quality alloy steel and undergo quenching and tempering treatment.

The three-point support structure adopts a welded housing, while the base-mounted structure uses either a cast or welded housing.
PURPOSE
Primarily used in the four major mechanisms of cranes: hoisting, travelling, slewing, and luffing.
Also suitable for drive mechanisms in various mechanical equipment such as transportation, metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, light industry, and more.
